Returns & Refunds

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages, Defects & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If your product arrives defective or becomes faulty due to a manufacturing issue, you are covered by our 30-day defect guarantee. We will offer a replacement or refund after inspection.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods

  • custom or personalized products

  • personal care items

  • hazardous materials or flammable goods

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
